Mr. Bradley Brewer, Assistant Director
St. Augustine Restoration & Preservation Commission
Arrivas House St. George Street
St. Augustine, Florida

Ticket Sales Brochure Proposal

Dear Mr. Brewer:

You have not answered my letter of November 30th requesting a
Conference with you, Mr. Newton and Mr. Wolfe relative to the
Commission's proposed renewal of "ticket sales" to your projects
on St. George Street and vicinity.

Another matter has come to my attention and which involves your
"Brochure Proposal". I have a copy of this here.

Under "other cooperative projects" you do not list the Rodriguez-
Avero-Sanchez House although you do lisr~Mr. Wolfe's Exchange
Bank, Thompson-Bailey and two others.

I am not asking you to list the Museum of Yesterdays Toys. How-
ever I believe I have every right to insist that you list the
Rodriguez-Avero-Sanchez House as a cooperative restored project.
The Commission itself authenticated this building, drew plans for
the HABS, and otherwise used this property for kick-off demon-
stration purposes which was well publicised. If you wish to see
the publicity, for which the Commission took full credit, I shall
be glad to show it to you*

Please let me have your acknowledgement and suggested date for a
conference on the "ticket sales" and an indication from you that
you will kindly list the Rodriguez-Avero-Sanehez House in the
"other cooperative projectzsection"of the Brochure.

Yours very tuly

Walter S. Crawbuck, President
Crawbuek Homes, Inc.
Yesterdays Toys Division
