Re: The "Rodriguez-Avero" House.
In your request you gave the house known as the Watkins House
in which 'Yesterday's Toys' is now located as the Rodriguesx
House. I wish to correct that, It is the site of the Rodrigues
I have an almost complete run down on this house and there
may be other things open for research now relating to It.
But even with what I now have it is very clear that In 1763
and in 1788 a stone house stood ,in that very location.
While in 1813 in a reduced area,(the 1st and 2nd abdve b4lI |,
about 15 varas or 45 feet more or less) an area about 33 feet
more or less bounded on the north by the Arrivas House, oR the
south by the other half of the property with full reeitatloe
of Its history, there was a wooden house thereon.
