PAREDES DODGE HOUSE


MRS.CAROLE RECORE VISITED ME IN THE OFFICE ON THE 19TH TO
DISCUSS HER NEW LEASE. I WIL.L. ADVANCE TO YOU WHAT SHE SAID
BUT IN VIEW OF MY RELATIONSHIP WITH HER I WISH TO TAKE NO
FURTHER PART IN YOUR CONSIDERATION OF THIS MATTER. HER BASE
RENT WAS RAISED FROM $1,000 PER MONTH TO $1,300.

1. MRS,, RECORE SAYS THAT NOT ENOUGH TIME HAS BEEN GIVEN TO
THEM TO PREPARE FOR THE RENT INCREASE PLUS THE DEPOSIT
AND SHE WOULD LI...KE MORE TIME,,

2. THE BOARD HAS MADE NO IMPROVEMENTS IN THE BUILDING SINCE
THEY HAVE BEEN THERE., THEY THESE LIVES REPAIRED THE HOLES
IN THE FLOOR, REPAIRED THE STAIRCASE, FIXED A BROKEN
WINDOW AND PAINTED THE INTERIOR AND INVESTED SEVERAL HUN-
DRED DOLLARS IN LANDSCAPING THE COURTYARD AND THEY
WOULD LI..KE RECOGNITION OF THIS,,

4. IN ORDER TO IMPROVE BUSINESS THEY WILL HAVE TO INSTALL
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEAT AND THEY WONDER HOW THE BOARD
WILL RECOGNIZE THAT.

5. CONCRETELY, WHAT THEY WOUL..D LIKE ON Al THREE-YEAR LEASE
IS $1,000 lPER MONTH THE FIRST YEAR:, $1,:100 THE SECOND
AND $1,200 THE THIRD,,
