COQUINA WAREHOUSE: First floor masonry structure. Second floor storage wood structure. Erected by St. Augustine Restoration Foundation in 1966/67.
Swapped to Board in 1983 in exchange for Benet Store and Greenhouse next to store. Stuccoed concrete block masonry building with vertical boar gable
ends, a wood shingle roof, attic storage, wood floors, a painted plywood ceiling, and toilet. It has a propane fired, forced air furnace in the main building, and a stuccoed
concrete block masonry flat roof addition on east side. The interior is unfinished. The electric service is adequate for current use.

SQUARE FOOTAGE: 1,260

MECHANICAL: No air conditioning.
WIRING: Adequate
PLUMBING: One restroom

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: No immediate needs. Some minor repairs needed to wood siding, doors, etc.

LIFE SAFETY ISSUES: None

ADA COMPLIANCE STATUS: Not presently wheel chair accessible.

ESTIMATED COST TO MEET CITY STANDARD: $2,000

PRESENT USE: Workshop and storage.

RECOMMENDED USE: Workshop and storage.

CONSIDERATIONS: Future consideration should be given to utilizing this structure for program purposes or leasing for commercial purposes.
