11-A by the lane leading to the Cemetery of Tolomato, on the North by
the line of the land, on the East by Francisco Arnau, and on the
West by the said Cemetery; its measurement at the front East/West,
forty-five yards which at the rate of half a real a yard, and its
increase amounts to ---------------------------------- 144 Reales

Note
That this day was issued title of possession and ownership in
perpetuity, by the Government, to Miguel Villalonga of the above
lot, in virtue of the Royal cedula of 17th June 1801, remitting
to those in debt for quitrents the payment of capital and rents
for the houses and lots they acquired that had been returned to
the Royal domain. Saint Augustine, March 31, 1803.
