Know all men by these presents that I James Heilbron of Charleston, being a
about to depart beyond the limits of this state,etc.
2 May 1837

Following the above are a series of statements by notarys and others.
None contains any information about the property in question.

Seth S. Peck

Know all men by these presents that we James Heilbron of Charleston
and Harriet Heilbron his wife in the state aforesaid, in consideration of
the sum of nine hundred and eighteen dollars to us paid by Seth S. Peck of
St. Augustine Florida Doctor of Medicine, Have granted, bargined sold and
release, and by these presents Do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the
said Seth S. Peck, all that message or Dwelling House and Lot of Land there-
to belonging, situate lying & being in the City of St. Augustine, and bounded
as follows, to Wit: On the West by St. George Street on which it fronts and
runs feet, on the South by the Catholic Church, on the East by the Lots
of Hedrick and Hamon, and on the North by a cross street running from Thomas
Douglas to Manual Aguiar. It being the same Lot and house formally used as
a Spanish Treasury Together with all etc.
( 1 1/3 pages of deed follow, all legal terminology)
Witness our hands and seals this Twenty ninth day of June in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven, and in the sixty
first year of the Independance of the United States of America.
