Notes of Special Interest from confirmed Grants
As near as can be determined from the manner in which these are clipped
together they are part of work Miss Wilson did at Tallahassee in1925
vide letter bo Judge Goode in folder in Library safe next to bottom shelf)


Translation- Tadeo Arrivas resident of this city Attorney of Don
*4-, Vicente Adet of Havana and curator of the minor Doh Domingo Bernardinires
S said city states that the latter having a house and lot having upper and
S lower story and built of wood and stoneon St. George St. which bounds it
West and East by lot of Charles Howard Sec. of this Prov. in possession
of Don Pedro Cocifacio to the South the Square and to the NORTH BY THE
S HOUSE AND LOT OF THE FORMER TREASURY where the Royal Comptrollers office
is at present which house and lot was sold by Don John Leslie as att
for John Forbes unto Juana Humbert for her son the said Don Domingo
Bernardinl, according to deed of sale before Don Domingo Rodriguez notary
2nd July 1785-- the measurements" the whole or greatest part of it belong
ing to the city and not to the present possessor in proof of which they
offered the neighbors and old inhabitants by whom they had been informed
