3.- 1765 Moncrief Map shows: Mr. Wilson.

4.- 1783 Spanish Census, Ph. #23, sheet 10.

William Slater: Native of r!ngland, he avails of Spanish protection to pass to the
British Dominions; he has a wife and two sons (or children) his profession merchant
and public storekeeper, he has five hundred acres of land on the St. Mary's River
about four miles from its mouth, with documents of title, he has a house and grounds
his property, which he inhabits, an Charlotte Street; he has nine pieces)slaves and
three horses. (Note). HIe sent out a slave named Sylvia.

p. 371 v. Sale. July 18. William Slater for James Scotland Luciano de Herrera
house and lot on Charlotte Street, bounded b by said street, S by Jesse Fish,
N. by Antonio Lopez de Toledo, Neasures W 19 yds., E 29. (Certified that it was
a grant to Maria Phenix in 17(71) under title of No. 7 Grenville Block. 1773 she
and her husband Josef Peavett sold to Janes 'cotland.)

on St. Charles Street, running from the Squareto the Castle. E boundary said street;
W lot of the late Jesse Fish now belonging to Fr. Sanchez; measures 40 yds. in depth
from one to the other; S. by another house and lot of the Fish estate, now owned by
Sanchez, measuring here S to N 19 yds along the front. Bought from Miguel Iznardy,
Sept., 10, 1792.

p. 32 Sale. March 6. Pedro de Cala to Jose Lorente house of stone, shell and wood
on St. Charles Street which is its boundary E., lot of Mateo Guadarrama W; 40 yds.
deep; bounded S by house and lot of Guadarrama.

p. 143, Sale. July 5. Don Jose Lorente to Don Gabriel Guillermo Perpall new
resident house built of stone on St. Charles Street going to the Plaza of the
Castile to the West with the lot of Don Mateo Guadarrama, 40 varas on the side,,
on the South house and lot of the same Guadarrama, North by lot of Don Jose
Sanchez 19 varas on the side I have with a house of stone and hostion of Pedro
de Cala by deed 6 March 1797 (the house taken down the one now there erected
lately ?).
