1. That on June 29, 1958 David Weinstein, a resident
and citizen of St.Landry Parish, City of Opelousas, State of
Louisiana - departed this life, intestate, leaving an
estate of the approximate value in excess of $5,000.00.
2. Petitioner is a resident of State of Florida, County
of Dade and his post office address is 420 Lincoln Road, Miami
Beach, Florida; he is related to deceased as required by the
laws of Florida; and the widow of decedent, Johnice H. Weinstein
de Blanc, desires that petitioner act as Administrator and her
consent aid waiver is attached herto, etc.--
