corner cfSt.George and Hypolita Streets,for the north-
west corner of said land,from such corner run thence
eastwardly along south side of said Hypolita Street,81
feet and 6 inches to line of property of George Burt:
thence along the west line of said Burt property South
1- deg. East 88 feet:thence South 81 deg. .est to the
east side of St.George Street:thence northerly along
the east side of St.George Street 76 feet to the place
of beginning. Being bounded north by Hypolita Street,
east by property now or formerly of)George Burt,south
by property now or formerly of George Burt and west by
St.George Street.
NOTE. As to Parcel One above, this abstract covers the
period of time from March 31st. A.D' 1948 to the date of the certifi-
cate attached hereto. As to Parcel Two above, this abstract covers
the period of time from March 23,1948 to the date of the certificate
attached hereto,being a continuation of Abstract No. 2913 as to
property described in said Parcel Two.

RECITES. That Charles Leyvraz, the owner and holder of a cer-
tain mortgage deed executed by Annie Weinstein and A.S.Weinstein
her husband to Charles Leyvraz, bearing date the 12th. day of March
1948, recorded in Mortgage Book 82 page 65 in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.Johns County,Florida,securing
one certain note in the principal sum of $10,000.00 and certain
promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed upon the
property situate in said State and County,described as follows, to-
wit:-

hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said
note and mortgage deed and surrenders the s ame as cancelled and
hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel

21, 1925 and recorded same day in Plat Book 3 page 40 public
records of St.Johns County Florida.

All of Mortgagor's right,title and interest in and to that
certain perpetual easement in and to the court and alleys with
unobstructed entrance and exit to Hypolita Street as shown by
that certain plat recorded in Plat Book 3 page 40 of the public
records of St.Johns County,Florida,conveyed to Mortgagors herein by
Arthur G.Kendrick and Fannie T.Kendrick, as shown by that certain
deed recorded in Deed Book 135 page 23.
