Treasury St. to lines of Diego Carreras, as #66, "House of coquina,
'Coquinn House 105 St. George St.
and lot belonging to the Kinz, which seflts as a stable btouadod
in front by the Calle Real leading to the Hornwork (of fort) on
the north by a cros street, on the south by a honee and lot be-
loncing to the I'ng, on the east by Jose Ponce.

Clement map of 1854- lot #14, block 9. Oricinal claimant, Fran ciso
rsanchez, recentt (1834) Augustus Paijard. evidently M.e original
'tone house was destroyed as later maps show this location. as part
of the King's lott sa stables.
In the 1816 deaerlptimo, "wooden'house mst have been an error as
diligent search fails to rive any information on house toing. rebuilt
after the 1816 transafr. This house was the home of the father of
liias Anna Durt who owned the old Spanish Treasury building and h1is
Eurt's early life was spent there. Although no definite eate of
construction is established, it appears It was built between 1809
and 1816. of coquina.
