RE: Certificate of Appropriateness 87-1060

Dear Mr. Weeks:

On Thursday, November 19, the Historic Architectural
Review Board approved your application (BDAC 87-1060) for a
Certificate of Appropriateness at 35 Hypolita Street. The Board
approved replacing the center window on St. George Street with a
divided light French door.

The Historic Architectural Review Board approved
relocating the existing picket fence as submitted. It is the
understanding of the Board that a masonry wall and gate will be
constructed in the near future along the existing fence line.

The Historic Architectural Review Board approved
enclosing the end portions of the upper and lower galleries using
one by six (1 x 6) inch lap siding. You may use plate glass behind
the existing lattice.

The Historic Architectural Review Board approved the
installation of four (4) air conditioning units as submitted.
