of coquina, shingled, on St. Patrick St. which is N. boundary;
19 varas in front bounded S by Diego Carreras, measuring from
the front to this part, 67 3/h varas: E bounded by Josef Fish's
lot and Alnanza's estate; W by Jose Ponce. From Said front on
the E. it follows front boundary 212 varas, forming a projection--
thence towards the back, 17 varas.

N. 13. Year 1796. Testamentary on the death of Dn. Manuel Almanza,
Storekeeper of the General Stores and Fortifications Warehouse of
P. 5 Proceeding of the inventory, St. Augustine, Florida, 26, July, 1796.
First, the house where he died, of masonry covered with tejamani, with
the lot on its location and a wooden kitchen located on it; bounded by
the front by a big street that crosses from the East to the West, for
the band of the North; for the band of the South with the (house) of
Diego Carreras; by the East, with another (lot?) of Dn. Fran0o Xavier
Sanchez, and by the West, with house and lot of Jose Pons: which lot
was expressed by the said widow was owned by him because the dead man
had bought it with the inheritance he received by the death of his father.
(Dn. Manuel Almanza left his widow, Da. Luisa Perez and six children.)
