The police approached the f r o n t d o o r p u s h e d i t o p en th e reby inst a ntl y rea l izin g tha t it was closed but unloc k ed Upon enterin g the roo m they saw the suspected dead body of Tho m as Reye s on a bl o od soa k e d bed.
