But, what are you going to do about your apartment and the rent owed for it? Subleasing is an option that you and about 10438927353 other students are planning to do. Read below for some tips on subleasing. First, make sure that you are able to sublet your apartment. Check your lease for any certain conditions or allowances regarding subleasing. Some complexes dont allow subleasing so talk to management or your landlord before doing this. Student Legal Services (SLS) can review your lease for you. SLS also has sublease agreements you can use to document agreed-upon expectations and conditions for the subleaser to follow. Go to SLS website www. FREE TAX PREP SERVICES

Doing your taxes doesn't have to be as taxing an
experience as others make it seem. There are
numerous free tax preparation services available,
both online and in-person. Be sure to get them
filed no later than April 15!

-United Way VITA program: The United Way in col-
laboration with community coalitions sponsors the
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. If you
earn less than $39,000 annually, you are eligible
for free federal tax services. VITA locations are
throughout Gainesville, both on-and off-campus.
