Naryanae Dulansey of Consultants in Development is back in
the city, and we should likketeoput together some thoughts
on rural women and the PADF/National Development Foundation
project in Jamaica.

I called last week to see if you might make she project paper/
proposal available to us so that we can understand exactly how
the project presently is functioning.

If it is proper to release the project paper, we shall then
proceed to Frameupome ideas to present to you, along with
a capability statement.

This week, I'll be over in Baltimore at the SID conference.
But I did not want you to think that I had forgotten our
conversation at lunch when last we met.
