Dear Mr. Morriss:
Thank you fery much for your time on my recent trip to Jamaica. I am
enclosing a memo on my meeting of September 22 with Dr. Lloyd Hunter
and Mrs. Daphne Graham. I want to thank you for suggesting that I see
Dr. Hunter; from a telephone conversation today, I believe that he
already has been in touch with you to express his interest and support
for moving forward with some form of expansion of small business enter-
prise programmes to assist entrepreneurs in the rural areas and among
Hau aIgxisapdadd I shall be waiting with interest to see what develops.
We hope that some mechanism can be identified to bring us (or one of us)
back to Jamaica to make a presentation to the boards of NDF and SBA,
and to do the follow-on work of designing a subproject, should one of
the organizations decide to go forward with an expansion.
All best wishes.
