Ms. Dealmeide,

It has come to our department's attention that items around the front of
the building you lease have reached an amount that is unacceptable from a
historical perspective. At this time we are requesting that you remove all
recently placed items except for the following: the large terracotta pots, the two
wood benches, the four hanging plants, and the light under the front eve. We
would also like to remind you that under no circumstances are there to be any
modifications made to the building without prior written approval from our
department. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter and will be glad
to assist you in any way possible.

Sincerely,

William A. Triay
Property Management Supervisor
