Albemarle Block.- Bolongs to Mr. Fish.

3) 1788 Rocque Map.

No. 68.- House of wood in fair condition, of the property of Josenh Perles,
with deed, and land that it cites..

p. 191v.- Royal Sale. Sept. 20, Lorenzo Capo ...? Luis Matais land on a lane
called de las Naguas, 12 yds. front E-W and 29 N-S on N side 14 yds. wide and
bounded by Pedro de Cala; S by said land, E by his own lot W by Miguel Segui.
I bought all of it from Juliana Lebett during British possession, deed of
Mar. 15, 1780.

by Royal land, measuring 45 yds., E Calle Real 26 yds., S. lane de las Naguas,

ation, with more land which was sold to Matais Set. 7, 1797. (Attached are copies
in English and Spanish of the original papers.)

Residents of the settlement.
Frederic Stage: Native of Saxony, his will to avail of Sapnish protection, undecided
whether to remain or go, he has a wife and one son; his trade, baker; he has a house
grounds and oven; his property which he inhabits, in Charlotte St; he has two slaves
one horse and one cow that has a house without grounds and another of planks.

If b.- Jacob Scotland: Native of Scotland, his will to avail of Spanish protection.
LTorn? his residence in the country and to pass to the British Dominions; he
has a wife and daughter and seven slaves; his occupation dealer in wines; he
has in this city five houses, his, he lives in Charlotte Sieet, he has two

p. 136. Sale, Feb. 10 Frederic Stage Joseph Suarez wooden house in Charlotte St.,
in Albemarle Block (Howard's certicate says it was granted to Alexander Skinner
Ap. 29, 1771 4, Alkemarle Block. A. Skinner sold one half of it to Bernard Spencer
The other half, with houses was sold by court order to Jacob Scotland and wife -
they sold to Frederic Stage.

lot on Charlotteh St. from Antonio Laso de la Vega for amount of the taxes. House
belongs to Jos. Edes, (Minorcan) and deed should have been from him Aguirre
renounces all claims.
