1. Carriages for VIPs Mrs. G and 3 ladies, Chairmen of State Com-
mittees and Fund Raising 16 members (4 or 5 to a carriage, would
need 4 or 5 carriages from 3 P. M. to 4:30P.M.) Pick up at Gates,
go thru Gates (need wedges for carriage to go up curbstone) -
carriage goes down St. George Street to Hypolita Street

1. Red carpet to go from garden to gate, to Pan Am Bldg. (airlines has one -

where you step down from carriage
2. About 2 doz chairs to go in Museum Room (object d'art removed) table
for orange juice, paper cups, flags, loud speaker (a good one for on the
balcony of Pan Am Bldg.
