he material premised on "colors, furnishings, clothes..etc"
fa former Governer and his wife will come later this month.
Alse the marriage ef one of our Governer's, and a few children
born te the "highest" official in Florida throughout the years.
For your Mansion file,

The material first promised on St. George from the Mansion te
Cuna will be with it. Possibly about Sept. 1st. (If there is
any other requiring priority....let me know for I have already
begun this other)
Tour note is just in.....Yes, I knew about the numbers of
Block "S". They were changed on my old negative. However,
a ran down of these properties thru the Escrituras often
straightens out these things. That is why I put all the
Deed numbers in for even Miss Wilson(Miss Emily Wilson)
didn't knew to which block a let of them belonged. It takes
many years of going ever and ever it to find out.
I think thereA an error in the east west dimensions of
/743- Bl. "H", No. 1) A typographical error. States 571 but
after comparisons with other maps and exchanges of these
properties nearer 171. Have Dr. Cubenas chedk.
Think with a little encouragement Mr. Williams of the City
Gates and Mr. Green of the Green's..(both furniture stores)
will de some digging and restoring. Four years age I made
property booeek for the former and the last week I made a 6
page brief (very brief) of Green's...both seem very interested.

Green's is on foundations(already seen when he built) of the
old Antonia Mensen home(Capt. Laureane Solana's wife) which
passed to Pedre Cosafacio.

City Gates Furn. has the old Santoye feutdtions and possibly Niete.
Beth the Valdarama-Car descendants.

Mrs. Sullivan called me before leaving St. Augustine. She had
seen Mr. Wolfe and the three sisters have been exploring the
possibilities of doing "something" on Cuna. Mr. Newton.....
watch out for the foundations of the Adj. Melendez house.
We don't want to pass that up.
