Description: A two-story stuccoed concrete block masonry with a wood balcony over St. George Street, it has interior plaster walls and wood floors throughout; an exposed beam ceiling on the
first floor and a fire place on both the first and second floors; a wood shingle roof with masonry gable ends; separate central heat and air conditioning systems for both floors; separate electric service for
each floor, adequate for current use; toilet facilities on first floor and a full bath on the second floor.

Date Acquired: Reconstructed by the Board in 1965.
Acquired By: Purchase.
Deed Restrictions: None Known.

Condition: Fair; some repairs or replacement of window frames on second floor, east side is required. There is reported minor floor buckling on second floor. The plumbing on both floors is tied
to one waste pipe, causing some problems when both floors try to use the system at the same time.

Life Safety Issues: Undersized and/or improperly designed plumbing waste/vent system.

ADA Compliance Status: No handicap access to the first floor retail stores.

Estimated Cost to Meet City Standard: $3,500, not including ADA compliance costs.
