each floor, adequate for current use; toilet facilities on first floor and a full bath on the second floor.

Date Acquired: Reconstructed by the Board in 1965.
Acquired By: Purchase.
Deed Restrictions: None Known.

Condition: Fair; some repairs or replacement of window frames on second floor, east side is required. There is reported minor floor buckling on second floor. The plumbing on both 1
to one waste pipe, causing some problems when both floors try to use the system at the same time.

Life Safety Issues: Undersized and/or improperly designed plumbing waste/vent system.

ADA Compliance Status: No handicap access to the first floor retail stores.
