1. On Puente's 1764 men, that part of the city appears without streets and houses,

Old Floridians, Minorcans, Italians and Greeks.

Juan Cape, native of Minorca, CA.R. he signed the Memorial, he has a wife and
four sons (or children), occupation Farmer; he has six acres of land and pays(?)

She has a house, without grounds and lives in it, in front of the Castle, he has a
slave, but this one has run away, and a female slave and one horee and an ox,

Old Floridans, Minorcans, Italians and Greeks.

Lorenze Cape; C,A. R., native of Minorca and for this reason is considered a
natural subject of His Majesty and as such desires to remain in the country, he
is a Sacristan of the Minorcan Chapel, he has a wife and two sons, (or' children),
two negroes and one he has rented and one hundred and seventy five acres of land
in two divisions with a receipt for the money he paid for the grounds situated in
the end of the settlement near the Castle. He has withhis family and American
woman, Leonora.

estado, de la propiedad de Lorenzo Capo, con Escritura y Terreno que cite.

5. 1790 Quesada's List. Square 7, No. 52, says: "Wooden house with lot of Lorenze
Capo with deed.

6, 1793 Census. 4a Street of Saint George. No. 107 Lorenzo Capo, son of Antonio
and of Rafaela Fobregas of 48 years. Dona Margarita Caste, his wife, daughter of
Bartolome and of Agueda Seguera (Segui ?) of 20 years.

14 yds, wide and bounded by Pedro de Cala, S. by said land, i. by his own lot W.


by Miguel Segui I bought all of it from Juliana Lebett during British possession,
deed of Mar. 15, 1780.

8. On 1800, the appraisal says: "Square 7, No. 52; "Wooden house of Lorenzo Capo
and lot with deed.

with more land which was sold to Matair Sept. 7, 1797. (attached are copies in
