Gentlemen:

The San Agustin Antiguo Foundation, Inc. is undertaking the renovation of the
Cerveau House, 26 Cuna Street, St. Augustine, and part of the work involves
an entirely new electrical system and installation of reverse cycle heat pumps.

Enclosed are the specifications for both jobs.

If you are interested in bidding on this work, we invite you to submit sealed
bids to the San Agustin Antiguo Foundation, Inc., marked for the attention of
Hector Miron, P.O. Box 1987, 48 King Street, St. Augustine, Florida. Bids
will be opened on Friday, February 20, 1987 at 2:00 pm in Government House,
48 King Street, second floor.

The time frame for the completion of this job is important. The Foundation
would like this work to begin no later than two weeks after bid award and the
work completed no later than six weeks after work commences. Work therefore
should begin no later than March 9, 1987 and be completed no later than April
17, 1987.

The Foundation reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contact Mr.

RENOVATION



HVAC SPECIFICATIONS


General -


Install two (2), three (3) ton reverse cycle heat
pumps, as per plans, complete with necessary supply and
return ducts, grills, diffusers, safety drain pans
compressor pads and stands, low voltage wiring,
controls, filters, and air handler isolation pads.


Aux. heat 10 kw on each unit.

SEER Minimum rating of 9.0 on cooling.


Warranty


- Provide written warranty of five (5) years
compressors and one (1) year on balance of system.


Permits Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary
permits before beginning work.

General Rewire entire building as per plan. Work to comply
with current applicable codes. All wiring to be
concealed. Reasonable effort shall be made to minimize
damage to the building fabric.

Service Underground from FPL pedestal. 200 amp. single phase.

Panel 200 amp. main breaker, 40 single pole spaces, indoor,
recessed.

Fixtures All rooms: Ceiling fixtures to be Lithonia LB Low
Profile Wraparound #LB440A or equal unless
otherwise specified.

Rm 108, 208: Ceiling Progress P7372 or equal.

Rm 109: Ceiling Progress P7373 or equal.
Over mirror Progress P3011 or equal.

Rm 107,,11,111,209: Wall or ceiling Pull chain.

Rm 210s Over mirror Progress P3011 or equal.

Exterior: Northside Progress P5203 or equal.
Southside Progress P5814 or equal.

HVAC Provide all necessary wiring, disconnects, breakers,
etc. for two (2) three (3) ton reverse cycle heat pumps
including 10 kw aux. heat strips.

Permits Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary
