SUBJECT: Move to Cerveau

I anticipate that the Cerveau House will be ready for
occupancy no later than June 1, however there are a few decisions
that need to be made in regards to communications before that
Moving the system from Arrivas to Cerveau will necessitate
the installation of a central office line at maintenance and the
purchase of a standard one-line telephone set.
We will have the option of expanding the system in Cerveau
to include the ticket booth, lunch room, orientation center, De
Mesa alarm, and store. It would be necessary to price out the
wiring to accomplish this to determine if it is financially
feasible (Atlantic Wiring). It would not be necessary to acquire
additional instruments as we currently have enough on hand to
provide for this much expansion.
The total number of CO lines to be terminated at Cerveau
will bave to be decided upon, and an order placed with Southern
Bell quite soon.
Arrangements will have to be made with Southern Bell
Advanced Systems for the relocation of the system from Arrivas.
This is necessary in order not to void the service contract (I
It may prove much less expensive to have Atlantic Wiring
pre-wire the house and have SBAS just move the basic box.
In any event, the decisions should be made no later than the
end of this week if we want to move by June 1.
