OLIVEROS HOUSE LEASE RENEWED-L. C. Ringhaver, left, Mrs. Ringhaver, and
W. F. Rolleston, president of St. Augustine Restoration, Inc., are shown at the Oliveros
House on St. George Street in the restored area, which Ringhaver restored and gener-
ously leases to the restoration corporation for a dollar a year. The occasion was a cere-
mony marking the renewal of the lease for another year and to view a plaque which
has been erected on the building. The building, constructed in 1798, was restored by
Ringhaver in 1965. He is president of Ring Power Corp. and Desco Marine, Inc.
St. Augustine Restoration, Inc. has sub-leased the structure to Jose R. Casallas, who
will soon open a cigar factory and retail store for the sale of homemade cigars on the
premises.
