PESO DE BURGO-PELLICER HOUSE: The main building and two outbuildings are wood post and beam construction covered with beveled siding. The gable end roofs
are covered with wood shingles. The interior of the main building has plastered walls and an exposed beam ceiling. The outbuildings are unfinished on the inside.
All have wooden floors. The main building has central heat and air, but the outbuildings do not have climate control. There is a toilet in the south
outbuilding and a functional fireplace in the north outbuilding.

TOTAL SQUARE FEET: 1,272 (Included two outbuildings)

BUILDING TYPE: Reconstruction

DATE ACQUIRED: Reconstructed by the Board in 1977.
ACQUIRED BY: Gift from the Verle Pope family.
DEED RESTRICTIONS: Unknown.
CONDITION: Good. General maintenance to wood siding, doors, windows, and trim may be required. Replacement of Outside Siding Bad Condition From Sun & Weather.
LIFE SAFETY ISSUES: None
ADA COMPLIANCE STATUS: Lacks Wheelchair accessibility.
ESTIMATED COST TO MEET CITY STANDARD: $500 plus cost to bring into ADA compliance, estimated at $1,600.
