MOISTURE CAN SUPPORT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INFESTATION, AND RESULTING DAMAGE. SUCH LEAKS SHOULD BE IM-
MEDIATELY ATTENDED TO BY THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART.
THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART EXPRESSLY LIMITS ITS RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THIS CONTRACT TO THE TREATMENT OF ANY
