The Committee shall be made up of four members, one each from

Ie areas of Construction and Research, Cultural Resource

management, Administration, and the Spanish Quarter Museum. David

cott has been asked to be Chairman of the Project Committee.

The Committee will schedule and prioritize proposed projects.

hey will weigh the merit of a project against the goals of the

agency and the resources available to the same. They will

evaluate the "Project Team" to assure that the resources of the

agency are utilized in the most efficient manner.



The Committee will meet once a month to evaluate new projects

id up-date the status of existing projects. They will adjust

ie schedules to reflect the changed status for any projects.

5. Project Teams will be organized for any project that is

reviewed by the Project Committee. Each Project Team~will have a

Project Manager who will oversee the project through to

completion. Project Team responsibilities i4 vary from a

6. If the Committee can not establish a clear consensus through a

minimum three to one vote on the status of a given project then

the Executive Director shall be asked to cast the deciding vote.
