SUBJECT: DE-HITA HEATING AND AC SYSTEM ,
The heat pump system in the De-Hita House has be disconnected for
some years. The pump has been used elsewhere and the whole
system would need approximately $250 worth of material to get it
back on line.
The building is at present being used by Bob Henderson, the
carpenter and he is understandably complaining about the lack of
heat. Should we go ahead with the upgrade?
I think we should because the future use of that building will be
enhanced by an operating system. Furthermore AC systems tend to
deteriorate at a faster rate if they are totally unused for an
extended length of time. I would like to see that building be
used for carpentry or other appropriate craft on a year round
