DESCRIPTION: This is a one-story wood post and beam building framed in vertical wood siding, showing gable ends. It has no interior wall finish. The roof has wood shingles.
It has a wood floor, no electric service, and no plumbing. It is a colonia reconstruction used for interpretive purposes to exhibit First Spanish Period life styles.

Date Acquired: Reconstructed in 1969.
Acquired By: Foundation Purchase.
Deed Restrictions: None known.

CONDITION: Fair. The roof will need replacement in about three years along with general maintenance needs to siding and shutters.

Life Safety Issues: None.

ADA Compliance Status: Accessible.
