AND PUBLICATION LIST
* A.I.D. offers two sources from which to request information and documentation
that pertain to the role of women in developing countries. References from both
appear on the attached list.
The Office of Women in Development has a small collection of documents
that it distributes free of charge. You may use the attached order form to
request these documents. If a PN number follows the citation, please
order that publication from the A.I.D. Document & Information Handling
Facility address. Otherwise, simply check the documents) you want and
send the form to the following address:

Publications with "PN" numbers after them are available from the A.I.D.
Document Facility. Documents cost $0.13 per page for paper copies and
$1.08 per microfiche (105 x 148 mm, 98 frames per microfiche, 24x

* A more extensive collection of WID reference documents is available in open
stacks at the A.I.D. Library. This collection contains both A.I.D. and non-A.I.D.
documents gathered from Agency offices or contributed by the World Bank, the
United Nations, and other donor and private organizations and individuals.
Reference documents in the WID collection are organized by sector including:
agriculture, education, employment and income-generation, energy and natural
resources, and health. Other categories cover the A.I.D.-designated geographic
regions of Asia/near East, Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean.
The library is located at 1601 N. Kent St., Rosslyn Plaza, Rm. 105, Arlington, VA,
and is open to the public from 10:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday.
