NOTICE OF REGULATION REPEAL

SUMMARY: This regulation is being repealed.

AUTHORITY: BOG Resolution dated January 7, 2003.

REGULATIONS OF

UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA



6C1-4.020 Student Honor Court.

(1) The Student Body Constitution establishes the Student Honor Court to hear

violations of the regulations and procedures of the Student Body. The Student Honor Court shall

hear cases involving alleged violations of the Student Honor Code, Rule 6C1-4.017, F.A.C.,

except as otherwise provided.

(2) Student Honor Court actions involving students accused of violating the Student

Honor Code shall be conducted in accordance with standard Student Honor Court Rules of

Procedures, Rev. 11/00, incorporated herein by reference and can be obtained from the Student

Honor Court Office, J. Wayne Reitz Union Room 364, University of Florida, provided that such

actions shall be heard only by students currently enrolled with a minimum 2.0 grade point

average, pursuant to the Student Body Constitution and Statutes, and comply with the provisions

of Rule 6C1-4.016, F.A.C. If a student is adjudicated responsible for the academic honesty

violation, the Court shall recommend one or more sanctions as provided in Rule 6C1-4.016,

F.A.C., to the Dean of Students.
