The National Center for Education
Research within the Institute of
Education Sciences announces its third
Summer Research Training Institute on
Cluster-Randomized Trials. This
Training Institute is held to increase the
national capacity of researchers to
develop and conduct rigorous
evaluations of the impact of education

Mark your calendars for our first
training session of spring semester:

Cost Sharing 101

This brown bag training session will
feature Brian Miller, Assistant Director
for Sponsored Research and Linda
Isaacs, Senior Grant Specialist, with
OER Grant Specialist, Brian Lane. They
will present an overview of cost sharing
and related policies all principal
investigators and project managers
should know about. The impact of cost
sharing on the university's federal
Facilities & Administrative rate will also
be discussed.
