Happy New Year!


January OER Happenings


The OER has a busy lineup of Monday
Morning Coffees, panel presentations,
and training for this spring semester.
Here is a sampling of topics to whet
your appetite: Overview of SPSS,
Conducting Narrative Analyses, a'Let's
Talk Databases!' encore (February 25),
and Data Safety Issues, among others.

Check out future issues of the ORB for
details.

As part of our ongoing Monday Morning
Coffees, we will be offering a 3-part
series entitled: It's never too early to start
your proposal!

Save the following dates and join us
with your proposal idea; we will be
detailing a step-by-step process of
proposal preparation: January 28 (Part
I), February 11 (Part II), & March 17
(Part III).

The OER will also hold the first COE
Research Day on April 10 from
ll:00am-1:00pm in the Terrace Room to
highlight faculty and doctoral student
research projects. Stay tuned for this and
other exciting OER offerings!

Paul will be presenting an overview of
the CRIF application process and tips to
help get your proposal ready.

The first in the workshop/support group
series for those of you who plan to
submit in the near future-before this
time next year, say-and know the
competition you will be submitting to.
Please bring a copy of your application
packet.

Coffee and continental breakfast will be
