WHEREAS, the Florida Citrus Production Credit Associa-
tion has operated since 1953 to afford the citrus growers of
Florida, cooperative production money, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors is pledged to make the
facilities of the Association available to every worthy grower,
and
WHEREAS, the Association has set up facilities with its'
principal office in Orlando, and branch office in Winter Haven
to be readily accessible,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved for the year 1951:
That each member of the Association will have a depend-
able source of credit,
That the services of the Association will be prompt and
convenient,
That dealings with the Association be made so practical
that members will be proud to invite other growers to investi-
gate the services offered,

That production loans be planned to meet the needs of
the grower, and so timed that he can pay cash for fertilizer,
insecticides, labor, taxes, land payments, and other expenses
that he would normally pay out of crop returns,
That the employees of the Association will assist the
members to so budget loans as to hold the cost to a minimum,
That repayment dates on loans be set up so they will be-
come due as the crop is harvested and returns received,
That in the interest of more efficient citrus production,
interesting and timely topics will be brought to the annual
meeting of the Association each year,

That the Association will cooperate with state and fed-
eral agencies to help them extend to the growers, such informa-
tion as they have collected and proven for the use of growers,
That with the help of the members the Association will
make every effort to complete our member-ownership program.
