Know all men by these presents that I, Ellen A. Beatty of the County of Jefferson and
state of Florida, for and in consideration of the sum of Eighteen thousand dollars paid to
me by Robert W. Williams of Leon County Florida the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have this day bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents doth
bargain sell and convey unto the said Williams, his heirs executors and assigns forever,
all that tract or parcel of land on which I have resided of late in said County of Jefferson
known as Casa Bianca Plantation containing by estimation Three thousand acres, together
with all the privileges and appurtenances to same in anywise appertaining; To have and
hold the same to him the said Williams his heirs and assigns forever; and the said Ellen
A. Beatty for herself, her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns doth covenant with
the said Robert. W. Williams his heirs and assigns that she is lawfully seized in fee of the
aforementioned premises that they are free from incumbrance that she has good right
to sell and convey the same and that she will forever warrant and defend the same to the
said Robert W. Williams his heirs and assigns forever.
The lands above granted are as follows. To wit the west half of the northeast
quarter of Section one, Township one, Range four north and east; and the northwest
quarter of Section one, Township one, Range four north and east; the whole of Section
two of Township one of Range four north and east; the northeast quarter of Section three
of Rangeone Township one of Range four, north and east; the east half of the southeast
quarter of Section thirty four of Township two of Range four north and east; the northeast
quarter of Section thirty four of Township two of Range four, north and east; Section
thirty five of Township two of Range four north and east. The southwest quarter of
Section thirty six of Township two of Range four north and east. The south half of
Section twenty six of Township two of Range four north and east. The west half of the
northwest quarter of Section twenty six Township two of Range four north and east. And
all that portion of the east half of the northwest quarter of Section twenty six Township
two of Range four north and east which lies south of the Tallahassee and Monticello road
containing about thirty three acres; and all that portion of the northeast quarter of Section
26 of Township two of Range four north and east which also lies south of the Tallahassee
and Monticello road containing about ninety three acres. Lots numbered five and six
(containing eighty acres each) of Section twenty seven; and also lots number one and two
(containing one hundred & thirty and one hundred & eighteen and a half acres
respectively) of Section twenty seven of Township two of Range four north & east the
whole plantation containing by estimation three thousand acres. In testimony, whereof I,
the said Ellen A. Beatty have herewith set my hand and affixed my seal this 10th January

Jefferson County Be it remembered that on the 3rd day of March One thousand Eight
hundred hundred and Sixty personally appeared before the Subscriber Clerk of Jefferson
Circuit Court Ellen A. Beatty grantor in the foregoing Deed of Conveyance and
acknowledged that she did Sign, Seal and deliver the Same for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned whereupon I have duly recorded the same, In Witness Whereof I
hereto set my hand and affix the Seal of said Court on the day and year above written.
