DRAFT OF PROCEDURES FOR
WID CONCENTRATION CERTIFICATE





1 -- An application form will be attached to the WID concentration flyer.

2 -- Any interested student, registered in a graduate program at the University of
Florida should complete the application form and return it to the WIAD office with
an official transcript, as a proof that she/he has taken the classes required.

3 -- The WID Program Director will make sure that the requirements have been
met, i.e. that the student has taken two courses from Group 1, one course from
Group 2 and one course from any Group.

4 -- The WID Program Director will sign and date the form and Certificate.

5 -- The WID Program Director will send the Certificate for signature to the Dean
of the College the student is registered in and to the Dean of the Graduate School.

OR

5 -- The student will get the Certificate from the WID Program Director/ WIAD
office, once signed by the director and take it for signature to the Dean of the
College he is registered in and to the Dean of the Graduate School. The student
will bring the Certificate now bearing those three signatures, back to the WIAD
Office.

6 -- The application form, the official transcript and a copy of the Certificate with
the three signatures will be filed for records in the WIAD Office.
