Tracking Database ( version 3.9.2)
o Removed the Subjects Menu that appeared on the main Bib List Form.
o Disabled the two reports that are listed in the Reports Menu.
o Changed Browse Hierarchy form (BROWSE -> HOLDING LOCATION, INSTITUTIONS, ETC.) to all
the form to be resized by the user.
o Fixed code that displays the correct list of 'Related Materials' on the Browse Hierarchy form.
o Renamed the context menu item from 'View Related Material' to 'Show Related Materials'.
o Added click events to the Copyright/Permissions radio buttons on the Material Form that will open
the Copyright Info/Permissions form.
o Fixed the behavior on the Material Tab Panel so that the Publisher and Place data is retained when
the 'Copyright/Permissions' form is displayed. (SPR-346)
o Combined the 'Copyright Info' and 'Permissions' group boxes into a single group box on the Material
Tab Panel.
o Changed the behavior of the 'Edit Mets' function. When opening Mets files from the Tracking
application, the application will search for the Mets file in UFCD first. If the file is not found online
(UFDC), it will search in one of the Bib/VID folders on the local network (Base network directory:
\\Smathersntl2\dlcdocs\Data\METS\).
o Removed the New Item form. Added code that allows new Bib Items to be added from the main
Bib summary Form. (SPR-321)
o Added column 'Ful/Bibld in table CS Biblnfo that allows for the storage of a ten character Bib ID.
Changed code in some of the C# classes and Stored Procedures. Most of the changes occurred in
several of the Stored Procedures that were deriving the Bib ID from the CS BibInfo and
CS HoldingLocation tables. (SPR-313)
o Added column 'Bib Source'in table CS BibInfo that will be used to store the name of the
application and user that added the new Bib record into the Tracking database.


Released to PRODUCTION

UFDC Loader ( Version 2.2.1 )
o Loader now writes Greenstone.XML files such that Greenstone passes out valid XML ( Greenstone
was turning '<' into '<' when passing back out the information for a search. This caused the
XML parser in UFDC to fail, and the item would not display in the results list. Now, this '<' is
converted to '&lt;' in the Greenstone XML file. Dumb, I know, but it works... )
o Corrected issue that Greenstone file was sometimes not being written
o Corrected issue that the App.Config file's setting for the published directory was being used instead
of the database value.
