section 9 of the Public Health Ordin-
ance 1950 (St. Christopher and Nevis
Ordinance No. 2 of 1951) with retro-
spective effect from the 25th Novem-
ber, 1955.

Notice is hereby given that on the
13th day of June, 1956. the Executive
Council appointed Mr. Edwin Wallace
Rey, Foreman of Works, Anguilla, to
be the Authorised Officer for the pur-
poses of the Land Acquisition Act, 1944
in the matter of the acquisition for pub-
lic purposes (namely, the erection of a
septic privy and the provision of access
thereto) of a lot of land situate at
Sandy Ground, Anguilla.
