By the Acting Administrator of the Presidency of
Saint Christopher Nevis and Anguilla in the
Colony of the Leeward Islands.
A PROCLAMATION.
(Sd.) H. A. C. HOWARD,
Acting Administrator.
WHEREAS by section 33 of the Crown Proceed-
ings Ordinance, 1955 (No. 6 of 1955) it is provided that
the said Ordinance shall come into operation on a day
to be appointed by the Governor by proclamation
published in the Gazette:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, HENRY ANTHONY
CAMILLO HOWARD, Acting Administrator of the
Presidency of Saint Christopher Nevis and Anguilla,
do by this my proclamation declare that the said
Ordinance shall come into operation on the 30th day
of June 1956.
AND all Her Majesty's loving subjects in the
Presidency of Saint Christopher Nevis and Anguilla
and all others whom it may concern are hereby
required to take due notice hereof and give their ready
obedience accordingly.
GIVEN at the Government House, Saint Chris-
topher this 2nd day of April, 1956, and in
the fifth year of Her Majesty's reiga--------

Proclamation dated 2nd April 1956, bringing into
operation the Sombrero Laws Ordinance, 1956
(No. 5/1956).
BY THE ACTING ADMINISTRATOR OF IHE
PRESIDENCY OF SAINT CHRISTOPHER
NEVIS AND ANGUILLA
A PROCLAMATION.

Acting Administrator.
WHEREAS by section 3 of the Sombrero Laws
Ordinance, 1956 (No 5/1956) it is provided that the
said Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to
be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation pub-
lished in the Gazette.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, HENRY ANTHONY
CAMILLO HOWARD, Acting Administrator of the
Presidency of Saint Christopher Nevis and Anguilla,
do by this my proclamation declare that the said
Ordinance shall come into operation on the first day
of May 1956.
AND all Her Majesty's Officers and loving subjects
in the Presidency of Saint Christopher Nevis and
Anguilla and all others whom it may concern are
hereby required to take due notice hereof and give
their ready obedience accordingly.
GIVEN at the Government House, Saint Chris-
topher this 2nd day of April, 1956, and in
the fifth year of Her Majesty's reign.
