Lighting of Vehicles in the Presidency
of St. Christopher Nevis and An-
guilla.

Regulation No. 12.

By virtue of the powers vested in
me under The Vehicles and Road
Traffic Ordinance No. 20 of 1949, Part
1, Section 2, I hereby make the
following regulation for the lighting
of vehicles:-
The period for the lighting of vehi-
cles is fixed as follows:- Between
the hours of 6.45 p. m. and 5.15 a. m.
Regulation No. 11 is hereby rescin-
ded.

vices of subordinate police officers and
constables at private gatherings such

as dances, inside cinemas, race meet-
ings, games, etc., or in a ship at the
request of the captain or agent, in ac-
cordance with the following sche-
dule :-
In respect of each subordinate offi-
cer or constable:-
Between the hours of 6 a.m. and
6 p.m.
48 cents for the first hour or
part thereof and 24 cents for each
succeeding hour or part thereof;
Between the hours of 6 p.m. and
6 a.m.
72 cents for the first hour or
part thereof and 48 cents for each
succeeding hour or part thereof.
2. Persons applying for the services
of subordinate police officers or con-
stables to perform duties at private
functions as above should state the
number of men required and the ap.
proximate period for which their ser-
vices will be required. An amount to
cover the fees will be required to be
paid in advance. The full amount of
the fees will be paid to the subordi-
nate police officers and constables per-
forming the duty.
