been pleased to appoint the Rev. A.
E. Moffett of the Methodist Church, to
be a Marriage Officer for the Presid-
ency, under the provisions of the
Marriage Ordinance, 1915.

been pleased to appoint Dr. B. H.
Ross to be Chairman of the Northern
District Poor Law Board for the period
of his acting appointment as Medical
Officer District 4.

Lighting of Vehicles in the Presidency
of St. Christopher Nevis and An-
guilla.

Regulation No. 1J.

By virtue of the powers vested in
me under The Vehicles and Road
Traffic Ordinance No. 20 of 1949, Part
1., Section 2, I hereby make the
following regulation for the lighting
of vehicles:-
The peroid for lighting of vehicles
is fixed as follows:- Between the
hours of 6.30 p. m. and 5 30 a. m.
Regulation No. 10 is hereby rescin-
ded.
