Traffic Notice.

Lighting of Vehicles in the Presi-
dency of St. Christopher Nevis and
Anguilla.
Regulation No. 10.
By virtue of the powers vested in me
under The Vehicles & Road Traffic
Ordinance No. 20 of 1949, Part 1.
Section 2, 1 hereby make the following
regulation for the lighting of
vehicles:-
The period for the lighting of vehi-
cles is fixed as follows:-Between the
hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Regulation No. 9 is hereby rescinded.

Vacant Post of Librarian,
Public Library, St. Vincent.


Applications are invited for the
vacant post of Librarian, Public
Library, St. Vincent.
The salary of the post is in the
scale $1368 x $72 82160 per annum
and commencing salary will depend on
the qualifications and experience of
the officer. No Cost of Living Allow-
ance is payable.
The officer will be responsible for
the running and organisation of the
Public Library in Kingstown and for
the organisation and supervision of
various branch libraries throughout
the Colony, and will be required to
perform such other duties connected
with library work as may from time to
time be assigned by the Administrator.

Certificate of
Association.


The post is pensionable and any
claim to pension acquired in respect of
previous Colonial Service will be
retained. Free first class passages
are provided for the Officer, and up to
four members of his family, namely a
totdl of 5 in all, on first appointment
only. No Assisted Passages are
granted on leave.

Applications should be addressed to
the Assistant Administrator and
Establishment Officer, Government
Office, ST. VINCENT, and should
reach him not later than 30th
November, 1953.
