(i) The Acting Crown Attorney will move
the approval of the Petroleum (Amend-
ment) Regulations, 1953.
(ii) The Acting Treasurer will move the
following:-
(a) a resolution affecting the Customs
Duties on Rayon Piece Goods;
(b) a resolution amending the Second
Schedule of the Customs Duties
Ordinance-No. 6 of 1927-to pro-
provide for the duty free importa-
tion of Feeding Stuffs for animals,
including fowl feed.
(iii) Hon. J. N. France will move the follow-
ing :
(a) a resolution requesting Govern-
ment to introduce legislation to
control the influx of immigrants in
the Presidency;

(b) a resolution requesting Govern-
ment to offer for sale to occupiers,
certain lots of Government lands
in the Basseterre area.

point a Judge for the Presidency of St.
Chrisiopher Nevis and Anguilla who shall be
resident in the said Presidency.
(v) Mr. F. T. Williams will move the following :-
(a) a resolution requesting Government to im-
prove and extend Back Street, Dieppe Bay.
(b) a resolution requesting Government to
arrange for the improvement of scavenging
in the villages of Newton Ground, St. Pauls
and Tabernacle.
(vi) Mr. C. A. P. Southwell will move a resolution
requesting Government to amend the Sugar
Export Cess Ordinance, 1947, (No. 7 of 1947.)

The Acting Crown Attorney will move the
introduction of the following Bills:-
(a) The Trade and Revenue (Amendment Bill,
1953.
(a) I he Land and House Tax (Amendment) Bill,
1953.

ranged by the Commonwealth Parliament-
