How to communicate better with your car dealer en-USEarl Stewart is the owner and general en-US manager of Earl Stewart Toyota in North en-US Palm Beach. The dealership is located at en-US 1215 N. Federal Highway in Lake Park. en-US Contact him at, en-US call 561-358-1474, fax 561-658-0746 or en-US emailen-US many of you know, I communicate en-US directly with my customers. Some en-US would say to a fault. I dont have a en-US secretary or administrative assistant. My en-US dealerships telephone receptionist never en-US asks the caller whos calling or may I ask en-US the nature of your call? and she puts my en-US calls (and the calls to all my employees) en-US right through. If I am not in my office, she en-US puts them through automatically to my cell en-US phone seven days a week. I also have five en-US red phones in five locations of my dealeren-US -en-US shipthe showroom floor by the recepen-US -en-US tionist, the service customer waiting en-US lounge, outdoors in the service drive, the en-US used car department and in the body shop en-US waiting lounge. Each phone has a picture of en-US me with the message, Customer Hotline to en-US Earl Stewart. The Buck Stops Here. Have en-US We Not Exceeded Your Expectations? en-US Please Let Me Know. Simply Pick Up the en-US Receiver and Wait For Me To Answer. As if en-US all this wasnt enough, I put my personal en-US cell phone number on my business cards en-US and pass them out to my new customers at en-US our bimonthly New Owners Dinner.en-US I say all this, not to brag (or maybe just a en-US little). It might surprise you that I am not en-US deluged with phone calls. I get quite a few, en-US but considering I sell 400-500 cars a month en-US and service thousands of cars each month, I en-US doubt if I average more than 25 calls per en-US day. Most of them are positive, complien-US -en-US mentary calls. I believe one reason for this en-US is that my employees are motivated to work en-US harder to satisfy my customers because they en-US know, if they dont, Im going to hear about en-US it very quickly. Another reason is that my en-US customers are remarkably respectful of the en-US fact that they can call me and do not take en-US advantage of it. When you extend your trust en-US to people, they almost always respect that en-US and do not take advantage.en-US Of course, you are not going to find a lot en-US of car dealers who do what I do. But here is en-US how you can improve your communicaen-US -en-US tions in other ways that will allow you to get en-US problems solved and promises kept. Always en-US ask for the business card of every person en-US you deal with. If they dont have a card, be en-US sure to get their name. This improves your en-US service right away because the person is no en-US longer anonymous. Ask the person for his en-US cell phone number. There was a time when en-US it was considered wrong to call someone on en-US his cell phone, but that was before cell en-US phone rates became so cheap and the cell en-US phone became universal. If this is a critical en-US person you are dealing with, en-US ask for his home telephone en-US number too. Here is a little en-US trick that I use when I do en-US this. I always start out by en-US giving them my cell phone en-US and my home phone en-US number. Then I say, and en-US may I have yours? I cant en-US remember ever having been en-US refused. If someone you are en-US doing business with refuses en-US to give you his cell phone en-US number, maybe you should en-US wonder why.en-US Also, make it a point to be en-US introduced to this persons en-US manager. Get the managers business card en-US and as many contact numbers as he is en-US willing to share with you. When you do en-US this, you have put the salesman or service en-US advisor on notice that if he doesnt return en-US your phone calls you will be calling his en-US boss. If you really want to have an edge, ask en-US to meet the general manager and/or owner en-US of the dealership. Get his telephone en-US numbers. Now you will have everybodys en-US attention when you come into the dealeren-US -en-US ship to transact business. Also, when you en-US have their cell phone number, you can also en-US text them which is less invasive than a en-US phone call.en-US If you are a computer person, collect en-US email addresses from everybody you deal en-US with. Email is not as timely as a telephone, en-US but it has the advantage over the telephone en-US because it is on the record. When you en-US make a request of a person by email, he en-US cant deny it because you have a copy of the en-US message. I know that with Microsoft en-US Outlook email, I get an acknowledgment en-US every time somebody opens an email that I en-US sent them. Furthermore, you can copy as en-US many people as you like with an email. You en-US can send copies that the primary recipient en-US knows about or make them blind copies en-US that he cant tell were sent. Someone is a lot en-US more likely to act on your request when he en-US knows that it is a matter of record and his en-US boss was copied with the email.en-US If you can force yourself into the habit of en-US getting names, telephone numbers, and en-US email addresses from everybody you deal en-US with and their managers, conducting en-US business with your car dealer (or any other en-US business) will be much smoother and en-US trouble free. They also care en-US deeply for the caregiver and offer assistance. en-US Toward the end, they gave him round-the-en-US clock care, sitting by his bedside. God Bless You.en-USMore about guns in schoolsen-USAs a retired educator, I would like to en-US respond to the recent misinformed post en-US regarding this subject. This writer, like so en-US many have fallen to the exaggerated hyperen-US -en-US bole, perpetuated by the ideological media en-US and politically driven.en-US The proposal insists nothing about ranen-US-en-US domly bringing guns to schools as insinuaten-US -en-US ed in the post.It would be a voluntary sysen-US -en-US tem only to be awarded to those individuals en-US who have completed an extensive backen-US -en-US ground check (which was the norm just to en-US teach during my career).Once that has been en-US verified, an individual would be required to en-US complete a 140 hour training period prior to en-US entry into the school.Im confident that this en-US training would require weapon security and en-US implementation in the face of any cataen-US-en-US strophic event.en-US During my teaching career, I have know en-US responsible colleagues who owned conen-US -en-US cealed weapons permits. I would trust them en-US implicitly if this proposal was initiated in en-US my school district. In our school, however, it en-US would not be necessary as the School en-US Resource Officer, an active county sheriff en-US who was admired by all, would not have en-US behaved in the same manner as the video of en-US the SRO in the Florida shooting indicated.en-US I am not an NRA member but I do supen-US -en-US port common sense approaches to problem en-US solving and feel individuals should underen-US -en-US stand details of resolutions before rushing to en-US ill informed, emotional conclusions.en-USCompliments to the Draft Houseen-USMy compliments to the St. Lucie Draft en-US House for hosting monthly breakfast meeten-US-en-US ings of Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers.. en-US Crime Stopper is an international program en-US designed to stop, solve and prevent crime in en-US partnership with law enforcement, the en-US media and the public. We en-US live next to a small lake, not sure it its conen-US-en-US tributing to our infestation? I called the en-US Indian River Extension office for help, but en-US does anyone know of a solution to get rid of en-US them or is this just a pest problem we need en-US to live with for a short time? We live in en-US Sebastian and I see them all over when I en-US walk the little blond terror. Im curious if en-US others see them too?en-USWe need to do betteren-USFlorida barely made a C average with en-US regard to legislation passed that affects en-US An opinion editorial by former Judge en-US Ashley Moody, candidate for Florida en-US Attorney General en-USFen-USlorida has always drawn seniors with en-US its warm weather and white sandy en-US beaches. And, unfortunately, where en-US seniors go, fraudsters follow to steal their en-US hard-earned retirement savings. As a en-US former federal prosecutor and having en-US served over a decade as a circuit judge, I en-US know as threats evolve, we must evolve en-US with them to protect seniors across en-US Florida. en-US Increasingly, we have seen that the en-US fraudsters no longer need to be here to en-US prey on seniors. Fraudsters can now be en-US sitting across the country or even across en-US the world and make themselves look like en-US they are calling from a government agency en-US or a specific area code. In the last five en-US years, law enforcement has seen a en-US proliferation of scams directed at seniors en-US that are all too often successful. The en-US scams run the gamut of threatening arrest en-US or government action if money is not en-US immediately en-US wired to promisen-US -en-US ing winnings, en-US jackpots, or en-US refunds if a senior en-US provides personal en-US or financial en-US information, or en-US prepays taxes or en-USfees.One en-US example, en-US fraudsters posing en-US as IRS workers en-US demanding tax payments that are not and en-US were not due have victimized 12,716 en-US victims who have collectively paid over en-US $63 million to fraudsters since October en-US 2013. Such scams can be easily avoided en-US with vigilance. en-US First, if what is being offered sounds too en-US good to be true, it likely is. Never give en-US personal or financial information over the en-US telephone to someone you do not know. If en-US a caller asks you for that information, it is en-US a scam. en-US 7 Meet Molly en-USI am a fun senior gal, a 10 year old Chihuahua, who is looking for a en-US loving home to retire to. I heard Florida was a nice place for retireen-US -en-US ment! I enjoy wearing fancy jewelry to accessorize my natural en-US beauty. For more information please en-US visit our website at or call 772-461-0687en-USLooking for a home en-USSecond, always use common sense when en-US dealing with someone that you do not en-US know. Stop and verify the information en-US before you send or wire money to anyone. en-US Call the government agency, a family en-US member, or someone you trust first. Do not en-US simply call back the number provided by en-US the caller. Look in the phone book or en-US online for the number to call. If the caller en-US tries to prevent you or dissuade you from en-US verifying what he has told you, it is a scam. en-US Third, government agencies will not en-US contact you by telephone first and they will en-US not threaten to bring in the police, other en-US law enforcement, or otherwise arrest you. en-US And, the government will send you en-US something in writing first demanding en-US payment before reaching out to you. If the en-US government has not written you or the en-US caller threatens you, it is a scam. en-US Fourth, if the caller says you can only pay en-US a certain way, and that way seems odd, it is en-US a scam. Fraudsters often ask their victims en-US to wire money, put money on a gift card, en-US load money onto a cash reload card, or en-US otherwise require a specific payment en-US method, other than a check. They will en-US claim it is urgent and try to justify the en-US specific method. Do not fall for it. en-US Fifth, never pre-pay taxes, transfer fees, en-US or other expenses in exchange for a en-US promised jackpot, sweepstakes win, or en-US refund. Legitimate organizations do not en-US and will not ask for prepayments. If a en-US prepayment is required, it is a scam. en-US Almost as important as avoiding being en-US scammed, is to report any attempted scam en-US immediately. You can file a complaint with en-US the Florida Attorney Generals Office online en-US atwww.myfloridalegal.comor by phone at en-US 1-866-9-NO-SCAM. en-US If I am elected Attorney General, I will en-US work tirelessly to put these fraudsters out of en-US business and protect our seniors. en-USSeniorsen-USFrom page 6 en-USevery one of us. en-US 8 Were Here Day and NightFULL CIRCLE SENIOR CARE How to check your help en-USfiles before calling a techen-USMen-USost of the time, when I get calls for en-US computer help I can usually figure en-US out how to fix things out instincen-US -en-US tively. Why? Well because I examine the en-US contents of the different menus looking for en-US the option that will most likely get me en-US closer to my goal (while keeping in mind en-US whatever it is Im trying to do). en-US As an added bonus, just about every en-US program out there that has pull down en-US menus have Help listed as the last one to en-US the right. So by the time I get to the last pull en-US down menu I can always open that en-US programs help file and do a search on what en-US Im trying to do. The help file will then list en-US all the topics that contain whatever words I en-US searched on and from there I can usually en-US figure out how to take the next step.en-US Lets take a look at this in an example. en-US Lets say Im writing my column with a en-US typical word processing program and I en-US wanted to make the next line that I type en-US bold and larger. Lets also say that I only en-US have a very basic understanding of en-US computers. At this point I have two choices, en-US I can stare at the screen with a blank en-US expression and then call Bob (whos pretty en-US good with computers) and ask him or, I can en-US start looking around the screen for en-US something that may help me reach my goal.en-US As I move my mouse (and my eyes!) en-US around the screen I notice a couple of en-US things; first at the top of the screen, above en-US where the words are being typed, there are en-US (often) rows of menus and buttons en-US available. And, as I move my mouse slowly en-US over the buttons, little boxes pop up telling en-US me what each button does. When I click on en-US the File option it opens (or pulls down) en-US and I can see all of the commands that are en-US available that have to do with Filing. As I en-US move my mouse to the right, the File pull en-US down menu closes and the Edit menu en-US opens displaying all of the commands en-US available for editing. Next the View pull en-US down menu opens and then the Insert en-US menu opens. As each menu opens I look at en-US all the options available and for each one I en-US ask myself does this option look like it will en-US help me change my text to bold and en-US larger? And as each menu does not present en-US an option I go on to the next one eventually en-US getting to the Format pull down menu.en-US When Format opens, I see it lists Bullets en-US and numbering Borders and shading en-US and whats this? Font? Hmmm. Let me en-US think Im trying to change the formatting en-US of my text and text is made up of fonts. en-US Thinking I may be on the right track, I click en-US the Fonts option and a screen opens that en-US allows me to change the characteristics of en-US the type. Bingo! Exactly what I am looking en-US for! It says I am typing in Times New en-US Roman, Regular, Size 12. I change the specs en-US to Times New Roman, Bold, Size 14, click en-US OK and voila! My typing is now larger and en-US darker. en-US OK, so, that rather tame demonstration en-US is just an example of how intuitive computen-US -en-US ing works; at no time did I ever get the urge en-US to go get a book or call tech support for en-US help, I kept in mind what I was trying to do en-US and, after seeing what options were en-US available, discovered the answer on my en-US own. Instinctively. en-US Now, I know what a lot of you are en-US thinking; that the things you have trouble en-US doing are far more complex than just en-US changing the characteristics of text, how en-US can this possibly help me? And to that I en-US answer the lesson is not in how to change en-US the font size, the lesson is where to go for en-US your answers! en-US Notice that the menus I looked at were en-US all within the program I was using. You en-US should look at the menus and options en-US available within the program where you are en-US stuck. Also notice that each pull down en-US menu is a category; all filing options are en-US under File and we found our Font options en-US under the Format pull down menu. That en-US was no coincidence. I would have been very en-US surprised to find the Fonts option under en-US the File pull down menu but starting at File en-US and moving to the right covers all the bases en-US and rapidly gets you familiar with all the en-US menus available.en-US Sean McCarthy fixes computers. en-US 9 en-USboth the property taxes and the assessment, en-US among other fees. The citys refusal to accept en-US the land, however, would still end up costen-US -en-US ing the city due to a provision included in en-US the original infrastructure ordinance.en-US In the Southern Grove special assessen-US -en-US ment, we included a provision called a Coven-US -en-US enant to Budget and Appropriate, Mr. en-US Blackburn explained. This is a provision en-US that the city used in the early to mid-2000s en-US that was designed to make bonds more maren-US -en-US ketable. It basically said if everybody else is en-US not standing then the city would be en-US responsible for identifying the revenue to en-US pay the debt service on the special assessen-US-en-US ments.en-US If the city opted to take over the debt seren-US -en-US vice rather than take possession of the land, en-US it would also nullify at least one land sale en-US that Tradition Land Company had managed en-US to successfully negotiate recently. en-US We know theres a contract with Maten-US -en-US tamy Homes to purchase 1,200 acres of en-US low-density residential in Southern Grove, en-US the city manager added. When they close, en-US theyll pay their taxes. Mattamy has stated en-US clearly to me that they will not buy the en-US low-density residential if the issue of the en-US jobs corridor is not resolved. They are en-US mainly concerned if you ended up having a en-US tax sale down the road, a new buyer could en-US come in and push very hard for low-density en-US residential.en-US Mr. Blackburn then offered the Council en-US three options: Let the property default and en-US go to tax certificate sale, and let the free en-US market handle it; let it go to default and then en-US have the city itself aggressively bid for the en-US tax certificates; or accept the companys en-US offer of the land transfer. The first two en-US options could potentially effect the citys en-US bond rating due to the default disclosure, en-US while the third option could cost the city en-US upwards of $4 million for the 2018 tax bill. en-US Even so, Mr. Blackburn recommended the en-US city accept the land transfer since parts of en-US Southern Grove are currently seeing develen-US-en-US opment, including a 400-acre parcel being en-US developed by City Electric.en-US Well be the master developer, and for en-US that, we control our destiny, he exclaimed. en-US Thats a burden as well, but its nice to know en-US for your jobs corridor you have the potenen-US-en-US tial to control your destiny. But as a master en-US developer, we can move quickly to finalize en-US our disposition action plan to get parcels on en-US the market as fast as possible and back in en-US the private sector where theyre paying their en-US taxes and special assessments.en-US Three members of the public also spoke en-US out on the issue, all in favor of the city taken-US -en-US ing over the jobs corridor. Tom Gibson, a en-US Tradition land owner from Lantana, said he en-US was considering selling his land at a loss due en-US to the taxes and assessments. en-US We finally got two offers to sell recently, en-US and were going to lose a considerable en-US amount of money, but weve got to do what en-US weve got to do, he said. So I would encouren-US -en-US age you guys to move quickly with a decien-US -en-US sion, bring in the right joint venture partner en-US whos really a developer and focus on just en-US moving this thing out as fast as you can en-US because who knows when the next great en-US recessions going to come along and wipe it en-US all out again.en-US Port St. Lucie broker Adriana Riera en-US agreed that the third option was best.en-US If were going to be stuck with the bills, en-US we may as well have something to show for en-US it, she said. So I think were all onboard for en-US that.en-US Councilwoman Stefanie Morgan said the en-US choice to her was clear.en-US With the presentations that Ive heard en-US and the documents that Ive read, I really en-US dont think theres three options; I think en-US theres just one, she said. I would be in en-US total support of accepting the land and en-US moving forward and getting that jobs corrien-US -en-US dor going as soon as possible.en-US Councilwoman Jolien Carballo conen-US-en-US curred, worrying about the loss of potential en-US economic development after Mr. Blackburn en-US detailed the time lost on City Center due to en-US a tax certificate sale.en-US My concern is if we dont act proactively, en-US we could be standing in the way of that en-US expedited growth, she said. With this job en-US corridor being such a huge part of the en-US employment development of the communien-US-en-US ty, I believe there is no other choice but to en-US support the transfer of land for that puren-US -en-US pose.en-US Even though Tradition Land Company en-US agreed to kick in $1.2 million to aid in the en-US 2017 tax bill if the city accepts the land, that en-US would still leave Port St. Lucie owing $1 milen-US -en-US lion towards last years taxes. Mayor Gregoen-US-en-US ry Oravec believes the city can search for en-US joint venture partners with marketing en-US expertise to help dispose of the land and en-US gradually shake off the new tax burden.en-US Its not a big hit this year: as part of our en-US current year budget, we squirreled away en-US $1.7 million for debt retirement, he said. en-USWhat could help us with next year is the en-US disposition plan. Ive been contacted by two en-US credible people who have built Fortune 500 en-US light industrial warehouse buildings. They en-US are willing to spend real time and money in en-US the hope of entering into a joint venture en-US agreement with city where they would take en-US down land and pay millions of real dollars en-US and commit dollars to marketing. If we en-US could effectuate that, then we dont have to en-US worry about raising taxes or anything like en-US that.en-US Councilwoman Morgan then made the en-US motion to accept the land transfer and en-US request Tradition Land Company pay all en-US related closing costs. Councilman John en-US Carvelli seconded the motion, which passed en-US unanimously. As part of the motion, the en-US Council asked Mr. Blackburn to submit a en-US list of potential joint venture partners for en-US the city by May 24. The Atlantic Animal Clinic1315 NE Sunview Terr. Jacqueline en-US Avenue for reports of aburglaryto a conen-US -en-US struction site.In that case, the suspect en-US forced their way into the home under conen-US -en-US struction and stole an oven/range and en-US attempted to steal the refrigerator but again en-US it would not fit through the enclosed patio en-US screen door.en-US The burglaries began on Jan. 29 of this en-US year and are seemingly ongoing, and en-US through March 5 the PSLPD received en-US reports of seven incidents of construction en-US site residential burglaries. en-US Port St. Lucie Police also received an en-US eighth construction site burglary on March en-US 25, when police investigated the 600 block en-US of S.W. Homeland Road. In this case a witen-US-en-US ness saw two males loading a refrigerator en-US from the construction site into a hatchback en-US car. The suspect told the witness that they en-US were installing the refrigerator, but it didnt en-US fit. The suspect was described as a white en-US male in his 60s with a black male accomen-US -en-US plice.en-US Theres no clear-cut pattern for these, as en-US they are happening all over the city, and en-US some are on the north end and some in the en-US southwest and some on the northwest, en-US MSgt. Sabol said. The items that are being en-US stolen arent just your plywood material en-US thats been cut up; its been appliances and en-UShigh-end construction materials. en-US The main area of concern is that Port St. en-US Lucie currently has 888 new construction en-US permits within city limits, and police are en-US requesting the publics help in cracking en-US down on these construction site burglaries. en-US A few of examples of suspicious activity at a en-US construct site are: construction material en-US being removed from property, people on en-US construction sites after business hours and en-US individuals inside a house under construcen-US-en-US tion after business hours. en-US Were trying to work with the Treasure en-US Coast Builders Association, and we give en-US them these recommendations on how to en-US harden the targets and when to make the en-US delivery of these appliances preferably en-US after the home has already been secured en-US and we did have a couple of forced entries en-US after the sit was secured when they pried the en-US back door open, Msgt. Sabol said. What en-US we are doing is using the Partners Against en-US Crime Program and trying to make sure the en-US construction companies are part of that. en-US Any time we get a theft or something related en-US to homes under construction, we send out en-US notifications on what the crime is, what the en-US target is and what were looking for.en-US To date, the total number of construction en-US thefts and burglarieshas increased to 10 en-US since the end of January 2018.en-US Police are asking for residents near a conen-US-en-US struction site to call in any suspicious activien-US-en-US ty to 911 or the PSLPD non-emergency en-US number at 772-871-5001. The last item is not a en-US requirement, but some of you may prefer to en-US enjoy a libation. Sweet tea works well for en-US those of you who prefer a non-alcoholic en-US drink.en-US For me, nothing rings in the beginning of en-US Spring quite like The Masters. With todays en-US television coverage, we now get to enjoy en-US every hole of this masterpiece of a golf en-US course.en-US Thanks to my childhood, The Masters is en-US my favorite tournament. As a child my late en-US parents would let me skip school and the en-US three of us would drive from our home in en-US Warner Robins, Georgia to Augusta. It en-US became a ritual every Tuesday of Masters en-US week. For just $5 each wed lace up our best en-US walking shoes and trek onto the hallowed en-US grounds of Augusta National.en-US I was only eight when I attended my first en-US Masters practice round. The place had an en-US aura about it. The flowers, the perfectly en-US groomed fairways and greens all combined en-US in jaw-dropping beauty. I remember how en-US green everything was with the breathtaking en-US coloring from the flowering trees splashed en-US in.en-US Because it was a practice round I was able en-US to meet and talk with most of the players en-US teeing it up each year. Every year I would en-US find myself picking one of those that I met en-US and pulling for him to slip on the Green en-US Jacket come Sunday. Last year was special en-US as my friend, Sergio Garcia triumphed.en-US I felt incredible joy along with Jack en-US Nicklaus when he won for the sixth time in en-US 1986. I found myself remembering that day en-US a decade or more before when he promised en-US my mom that hed sign her ticket, and en-US looked for, and found, her in a crowd, en-US telling everyone that he promised her first. en-US My mom, at all of five-foot tall was not easy en-US to find in a large crowd, but Jack was en-US persistent. en-US One year, I met Lee Elder, the first en-US African-American to play in the Masters, en-US and thinking then, Why would anyone not en-US want this fine gentleman to play in their en-US tournament?. en-US The reasons many of us love The Masters en-US are numerous. For some seeing the same en-US course, and watching todays great players en-US conquer the same hole that Gene Sarazen en-US double-eagled to win in 1935 has a familiar en-US warmth to it. Its like seeing an old, dear en-US friend once a year. Its the only time well en-US see him, but we look forward to it knowing en-US that moment marks the beginning of the en-US best part of the year.en-US Some of us love the en-US tradition that goes en-US with The Masters. Its en-US the only tournament en-US that gives a spot in the en-US field for every past en-US champion and starts en-US play with a ceremonial en-US tee shot from our en-US games living legends. en-US It is a fitting way to en-US honor those who have en-US triumphed where so en-US many of us only en-US dream of walking.en-US Now for the reasons en-US that you need to head en-US to the store. One my en-US favorite Masters en-US traditions is enjoying a pimento cheese en-US sandwich. Since most of us will not be at en-US Augusta National this weekend, well have en-US to make our own. To honor the tournament en-US I love so much, one that taught me so much en-US and that brings back a flood of fond en-US memories and a few tears to go with them, I en-US give to you my own secret recipe for those en-US famous pimento cheese sandwiches. en-US Masters Pimento Cheese Sandwich: one en-US stick of extra sharp cheddar cheese (10-12 en-US ounces), grated; 4 ounces or more soft, en-US spreadable cream cheese; diced pimentos, en-US not well drained; black pepper to taste. Mix en-US and serve on your choice of bread. I prefer en-US to cut the sandwich into triangle-shaped en-US quarters. en-US To drink, one must have some good, old en-US southern sweet tea or perhaps a Mint Julep. en-US My favorite is easy to make. Take 4 fresh en-US mint sprigs, 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, en-US and 2 teaspoons of water and muddle them en-US in a glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice and en-US then add about 2-3 ounces of your favorite en-US bourbon. Stir and enjoy.en-US While you are enjoying your sandwiches en-US and beverage, flip on the television and en-US watch the years first major. I will be en-US watching along with you, with a smile on en-US my face and a tear in my eye as I think en-US about those wonderful days so long ago, en-US spent with my mother and father. en-US James Stammer has been an avid golfer en-US and golf enthusiast for nearly 40 years.
