Summary.

The Governor reports that the Island of Tobago
has passed through an unusually sickly season which
has caused heavy mortality amongst the inhabitants.

There were three hundred troops in the garrison
in January. Of these, seventy eight had died during the
year.

The Ordonnateur, Monsieur Delorme, is dangerous-
ly ill and will probably die.
