MY LORDS,
I have the honour to transmit to Your Lordships an
Ordinance of the Governor and General Council for Grenada
for establishing a General Council in Tobago together with
a petition from the principal proprietors of land in that
Island, requesting such establishment.

As several matters of importance relative to the Southern
Charibbee Islands are now before the Privy Council, I have
it in command from His Majesty to desire Your Lordships
will be pleased to take the said Ordinance into your
immediate consideration and report your opinion to His
Majesty in His Privy Council with all convenient dispatch.
