Summary.
Is making an expedition to reduce Tobago of which
Lord Lampson is proprietor who has reinforced his former
settlements with 500 men conveyed iin live Caplers from 24 to
3o guns apiece which have already taken some trading vessels.

If the Dutch are not expelled they will ruin Barbados and
the Leeward Islands.
